Kindly follow the steps below to place an order
1. Register firstly on opticstown;
2. Log in;
3. Select items and add them in the shopping cart;
4. Check out and pay.

Why can't I check out?
There may be three reasons as below:
1. Out-of-stock items issue: If there is any item out of stock in your shopping cart, please remove it before you check out.
2. Shipping address issue: Please reconfirm your address and phone number or try to edit them again.
3. Poor connection issue: Please refresh the page and try again.

 How can I track the shipping information?
1.Check your email we have sent you with the tracking number and logistics link.
2.Check it in your account by following the steps below:
a.Log in and click My Account-My Orders;
b.Find your order and click the "Order Tracking", you will see the Tracking Number and shipping company contact information;
c.For more information, please contact the transport company.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time is as below:
1. Preparing Time: 1-4 days without exception.
2. Delivery Time: 5-7 workdays without exception.

What should I do if the products are out of stock?
1. After the payment, we usually deliver the items from our factories. However, sometimes our factories run out of these items and they delay updating the information;
2. If this situation arises, we will cancel the out-of-stock item and refund the item price to your opticstown account;
3. If the item is restocked, we will promptly update it on the website so that you can order it next time. 

What should I do if I want to change the shipping address?
1. No order: Please edit your address in Account-Edit Profile;
2. Preparing order: Please contact the customer service to change the address;
3. Shipped order: The shipping address cannot be edited.
Note: Please confirm the address before ordering.

Why was my order canceled?
1. Unpaid order: It will be canceled automatically by the system if the payment is not completed in half an hour;
2. Out of stock: It will be canceled if all the items are out of stock.

How can I cancel the order?
1. Click "Cancel"——Choose the cancel reason——Click "ok"——Cancel succussfully
2. Shipped Order: Can't be canceled.

Why the shipping information still has not been updated for 3 days?
In case of no updates within 3 days, please wait patiently since the shipping company needs time for updates.
Otherwise, please contact the shipping company or contact the customer service.

What shipping method can I choose?
You can not choose the shipping method; however, we will choose the best shipping method according to your shipping address.

Do I need to pay the custom tax?
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.
1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information, please send an email to us;
2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should refer to your local custom laws, and inform us about the requirements after ordering;
3. When customs clearance procedures are required, there might be delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
